Hi, I’m Adrianne.

I’m an engineer and systems strategist passionate about helping organizations navigate the intersection of people, technology, and real-world work.

My background is rooted in manufacturing—working alongside small and mid-sized companies to strengthen quality systems, document processes, and meet standards like ISO 9001 and AS9100 without overcomplicating operations. That experience shaped how I see innovation: it only works if it works in practice.

Why I Started EdgeFactory AI

Across industries, I kept seeing the same challenge:

Organizations were being told they needed massive budgets, perfect data, and complex systems to take advantage of AI.

But that’s not how the real world operates.

Hi, I’m Shombe.

I’m a technology leader, builder, and problem-solver focused on using AI to create real, scalable impact across education, workforce development, and industry.

My journey in technology spans nearly three decades, beginning in IT as a computer manufacturing quality control technician. I progressed through roles in technical support, internet service provider support, and web development, ultimately leading to over 20 years managing IT infrastructure and services for the nation’s largest IT service provider, supporting more than 300,000 users. Those who were and are still part of those teams—delivering world-class support—know the standard we set.

As technology has evolved through digital transformation over the past 15 years—across data, platforms, and process management—my focus has centered on designing and deploying intelligent systems. Today, I leverage AI-driven capabilities to help organizations make better decisions, operate more efficiently, and unlock new opportunities.
